Chocolate Cakes

Charlotte - Layers of chocolate cake, white chocolate mousse and dark chocolate mousse. Decorated with ladyfingers & chocolate shavings. Serves 8. 35
Chocolate Decadence - Rich, light, flourless chocolate cake with a poured dark chocolate glaze. Contains nuts. Gluten-free. Serves 6. 28
Chocolate Mousse - Chocolate sour cream pound cake buried in dark chocolate mousse. Serves 10. 38
Garnier Marnier Truffé - This gluten-free cake is lighter than air. Made with layers of meringue and Grand Marnier whipped chocolate ganache. 30
Chocolate Pavé - Chocolate cake layered with whipped chocolate cream and raspberry jam. Serves 8. 35
Chocolate Truffle - Literally a giant truffle – chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache. Serves 10. 35
Urchin - Layers of chocolate and chestnut cake, yellow sponge cake and whipped chocolate ganache spikes. Serves 10. 38

Opera - Never-too-thin layers of almond cake soaked in coffee syrup and layered alternatively with chocolate ganache and coffee buttercream. Contains nuts. Serves 8. 35

Walnut Dacquoise - Praline’s Signature Cake: a moist dacquoise made with ground nuts and filled with a walnut flavored mousseline and toasted walnuts. Serves 10. 35

Macaron Cake - A giant macaron base topped with a centerpeice of mousse and surrounded by smaller macarons. Available in: raspberry, pstachio, lemon, vanilla and chocolate. Special Order Only. Serves 10. 38
Tiramisu - Real Galbani mascarpone cream layered with rum, Marsala, and coffee-soaked Savoirardi ladyfingers. Serves 6-8. 30
Carrot Cake - A traditional carrot cake made with cream cheese icing. Serves 10. 29
